Leadership and Governance

Stephen Kines — Executive Director

Stephen Kines serves as Executive Director of Zam Forward, where he leads the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and on-the-ground implementation in rural Zambia. He holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University and brings several years of hands-on experience in farm management, rural enterprise, and community development in Zambia. His work focuses on overseeing Zam Forward’s projects and operations, as well as managing donor relations, fundraising, and organizational reporting. Stephen works closely with local communities and partners to ensure Zam Forward’s initiatives are practical, sustainable, and aligned with long-term community needs.
